COD POLICY/NOTE - FAKE ORDERS

We hope this message finds you well.
At Vallaro Leather, we take immense pride in the quality of our products and the trust you place in us when you choose to shop from our store. However, we are saddened to share that a few recent experiences have compelled us to implement new measures to protect the integrity of our services.
While most of our customers are genuinely kind and appreciative, we’ve unfortunately encountered an increasing number of fraudulent Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. These are instances where customers place orders, only to reject them at the time of delivery, claiming they never ordered in the first place. This results in a significant waste of time, resources, and genuine effort from our team and delivery partners.
Our COD service was introduced based on mutual trust, and we never anticipated it would be misused in this way. To protect our operations and continue serving our honest, loyal customers, we’ve made the following decisions:
🚨 New COD Order Verification Process:
Order Confirmation:
All COD orders will now require confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email within 3 days of placing the order.Unconfirmed Orders:
If we do not receive confirmation within the 3-day window, the order will be automatically canceled, and a notification will be sent to the customer.Fraudulent Order Reporting:
Repeated or clearly fraudulent COD orders may lead to the customer’s information (including social profiles, address, phone number, and any submitted ID or image) being shared with national retailers’ networks. Legal action may be taken if required.
⚠️ Additional Notes:
Orders with incomplete or suspicious addresses may still be canceled, even after confirmation.
If your genuine order was mistakenly canceled, please don’t worry. Simply reach out to us at sales@vallaroleather.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you and reprocess your order.
We truly regret having to take such steps, but honesty and responsibility are cornerstones of our brand. These changes will help ensure a better experience for all our genuine customers and allow us to continue offering top-quality leather goods.
