RETURNS AS PER THE SUNNAH OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD (P.B.U.H)
ALL CONTENT ON WEBSITE OR SOCIAL PAGES ARE ACCURATE TO THE POINT.
We offer a 30-day refund policy. (NO RETURNS or REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS OR MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS)
*ON SPECIAL CONDITIONS ONLY 70% OF THE AMOUNT IS PAYABLE IN CASE OF A REFUND FOR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS.
*YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE OR IN STORE.
PAKISTAN:
For Smaller Products PKR 250 shall be deducted from product price in terms of delivery charges and will be refunded if there is no defect in the returned product.
For Large Products PKR 600 shall be deducted from product price in terms of deliver charges and will be refunded if there is no defect in the returned product.
In case the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer will be responsible for any loss in value. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a notification will be sent through e-mail about the rejection or approval of refund.
If the customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the order and wants to exchange the product with some other variant of the same or other product, the company will gladly do so given the customer bears delivery charges of returning the product and delivery of the new product.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@vallaroleather.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact on aforementioned e-mail address immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if a wrong item is received.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, returns on sale items or gift cards cannot be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
